The Golden Ratio, Section or Mean ~ The Divine Proportion
The Flower of Life ~ The Fibonacci Series ~ Phi
Sacred Geometry Tutorial by Bruce Rawles
In nature, we find patterns, designs and structures from the most minuscule particles, to expressions of life discernible by human eyes, to the greater cosmos. These inevitably follow geometrical archetypes, which reveal to us the nature of each form and its vibrational resonances.
The Phi Guy
Phi is the basis for the Golden Section, Ratio or Mean. The ratio, or proportion, determined by Phi (1.618 ...) was known to the Greeks as the "dividing a line in the extreme and mean ratio" and to Renaissance artists as the "Divine Proportion". It is also called the Golden Section, Golden Ratio and the Golden Mean.
